By purchasing a product from our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Product

Natalsy provides a digital product: a personalized PDF astrology report (“Report”) generated based on the information you provide.

  • The Report is for entertainment purposes only and does not contain predictions or professional advice.
  • You will receive the PDF report via email after successful payment and data submission.
  • No physical products are shipped.

2. Information You Provide

To generate your Report, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Full name
  • Date and place of birth
  • Email address for delivery of the Report

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in an inaccurate Report.

We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate data submitted by the user.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By making a purchase, you agree to pay the displayed price for the Report in full, including any applicable taxes or fees.

4. Delivery

  • After successful payment, you will receive your personalized PDF Report via the email address you provided.
  • Delivery is typically immediate, but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
  • If you do not receive your Report within 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@natalsy.com.

5. Refund Policy

Since our product is a digital good delivered immediately after purchase, we do not generally offer refunds.

However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • The PDF Report was not delivered to your email address.
  • The delivered Report contains critical errors that prevent its proper use.

6. No Guarantees or Predictions

The Report provided by Natalsy is for entertainment purposes only.

It does not provide predictions, professional advice, or any guaranteed outcomes.

We are not responsible for how you interpret or use the information contained in the Report.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in the Reports, including designs, text, images, and software, is the property of Natalsy or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Report or our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Natalsy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • the use or inability to use our product,
  • errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the user,
  • technical issues beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Report.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bulgaria.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Bulgaria.
